Poor service. After a visit to measure up, had to chase constantly just to get a quote and still nothing. I will probably not even find out if they simply lost our details but certainly not a good new customer service

After getting quotes from 2 well know vendors for 2 new doors (Front Door & Internal Back Door), I saw ad for Tradeframe.
I visited their Gloucester showroom and had a chat and booked a visit for quoting.
The cost they provided was more than 50% cheaper for the same doors to the same standards and the other quotes included discounts.....
It was a no brainier and the order was placed.
Installation was smooth and the guys went the extra mile to correct issues during the installation (not there fault, just issues with the house). I couldn't be happier with the whole process and would strongly

Extremely disappointed at the lack of service. Bought some windows last year and was very happy so wanted to order a composite door. Went online on 19 August to pick a door and received a confirmation on 20 August. I asked them when they were coming to measure and have since sent several emails without any response whatsoever during the last three weeks. I cannot understand at this time why a company would not want orders and why they don't even have the decency to reply to emails.

Window fitted July 23rd, unit was cracked But they fitted it anyway.They ordered a replacement unit.I contacted them by phone and Email over the last month, still no replacement unit as of Sept 5th.Not impressed at all.

We were absolutely delighted with all aspects of our recent work by Tradeframe. We had several new windows fitted, a front door and surrounding porch windows, a front door and patio doors. No pushy salesman. Straight forward pricing without gimmicks. Courteous, friendly, hardworking men arrived as arranged and worked tirelessly and cleanly. You would hardy know they had been when they finished. I would definitely use them again for any future replacements. A warm friendly company that left me feeling valued. I bought two extremely well made, well priced composite doors from Tradeframe. Their online designer is great, letting you build your ideal door, and then providing an instant, accurate quote. Their sales team, both in person and on the phone, are polite and helpful. The fitters they use are friendly and very tidy. I highly recommend this company.

Fantastic from start to end. I got several quotes from local companies to have the windows on our house replaced. Tradeframe were over £1000 cheaper than them all. No pressure and a fast and friendly service. Mike came round on time and quoted and was really good, friendly and thorough. The fitters were great as well-incredibly hard working. Unfortunately a few windows cracked in transport so we had to have these sorted but tradeframe sorted this quickly. The house now looks great. I’ll recommend these guys 100%. Thank you!
