I cannot rate Hawthorns highly enough. The whole experience, from initial visit to installing all new windows, was professionally managed and completed efficiently and quickly. All the staff were so nice, friendly, helpful, clean and tidy, it was a pleasure to have them in the house! This is a team of genuinely lovely people who work to the highest standards and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We used Hawthorns Windows Ltd to replace windows and patio door, and they did a superb job. The quality of the glazing is excellent, and the new acoustic glass in the home office makes a big difference blocking out road side noise.
The team that carried out the work were very professional and informative.
Highly recommend and will definitely be using them in future.

We had Hawthorns fit new windows for us throughout our house 20 years ago. The pvc looks as good today as the the day they fitted them. They have been trouble free. Today a small rivet on one hinge split which made the window difficult to fully close. I rang the Showroom yesterday (a Saturday) and the person who took the call used to be the Installations Manager. He said as soon as the Showroom closed late afternoon he would come across and sort it out for me. He did just that and rectified the problem. Absolutely superb After-Sales Service!! Would strongly recommend this company!!

After many site visits and decision making with Hawthorns, (dating back to January 2020, but taking into consideration lock down etc) we signed up for some building work and new large patio windows. We were advised work would be completed in 6-8 weeks, which we were happy with and signed the contract. We then went ahead with paying a deposit for a new kitchen based on this. On 1st July, we got a call out of the blue to say that the Hawthorns builder had retired and they were unable to fulfil *any* of the work planned. When I questioned more, it turns out Hawthorns are only looking to fulfil the
