DO NOT BUY FROM HERE !!!!!!!! After receiving my tiles there where some that where broken.I spoke to Debbie Milner the manager and she was so rude on the phone and said they where checked before they left the store but I had received them chipped
So would have to buy them again all I wanted was some not broken tiles not a refund
Even spoke to head office and the had same attitude so can’t get anywhere with these people
Do not expect any customer service after you have bought the product. and they break the law buy not following consumer right law can’t get a refund or exchange for broken

Having never tiled before and having the patio done, we decided to tile the garage wall and bought the from the same place as the patio slabs.
The place couldn't offer any help or advice so i went to tile giant springbank hull.
I felt a little awkward at first because I'd never tiled and i didn't buy the tiles from them, but i was soon put at ease by Andy, he was great and full of help and advice. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I felt i could turst in what he was saying and his advice on products to buy..

Went into this store with the family, not knowing what we were looking for. Staff were great, and really knowledgeable. Brilliant with the kids, advised us on the best tiles for our purpose etc. We left having chosen everything we needed. Very good price, with some great deals on right now. Bathroom looks amazing. Spent our Saturday traipsing around Hull looking at tiles from a few shops, starting with tile giant. After a thorough look around, we came back to Tile Giant and bought the ones we liked from there. Great selection, well priced and friendly staff. I wouldn't bother going elsewhere!

Went to Tile Giant opposite Walton Street, just near railway crossing.
Really good displays lots of choices & very helpful & knowledgeable assistant. We ordered tiles for our bathroom, thank you.

Don't expect to return anything for a refund. Spent a considerable amount of cash. Over sold adhesive when I tried to return an unopened packet I was told I couldn't return adhesive or grout. This is after i was told I could return anything within 30 days. The receipt states that items with an * are none refundable. I can't see any * on my receipt. When I left the shop a told the salesman I won't be coming back he replied "fine". Poor customer service.
