Company supposed to come and service boiler at 8.am , no one turned up called to see why, the bloke had a little cold bless him as this was a Monday morning I’d put the little cold down as more of a weekend hangover, I ring up they say oh someone will be with you by 8.30, only to ring me back to say it will now be 12.00 noon, not good enough service so we ring back to put out point across only to be told by some bloke on the phone , well if that’s how you’re going to be we aren’t coming, how professional of them what’s up was the job to small as you overcharge me for a gas leak couldn’t
