A large UK insurance group wanted to update and modernise offices in their satellite building in Chelmsford, Essex. New proposals for this 4-storey building had to significantly upgrade the very tired, existing interiors and also take on board the structural changes afoot within the company. Fit-out of ground floor & mezzanine to provide new offices, training facility & ambulance parking.
Established in 1999, Studio 4 are skilled at providing intelligent, well crafted solutions. Projects range widely from fast track fit-out and refurbishment projects to major extensions, new build premises and master planning. Projects have ranged in size from 100k to 25m.
