Critical: Punctuality
Have used these people for years and they had always been reliable - but not anymore. I think they are suffering under the pandemic - my green bin hasn't been cleaned since the Spring, but they are still taking my money. Goes to HCIT Ltd, but this company is dissolved. They do not respond to my emails. What's happening?!

I booked bin cleaning with this company over 3 months ago and they hardly ever turn up! One of the bins in fact has yet to have its first clean!! I keep emailing each time they miss a clean and don’t even receive a response from them! I paid for their premium cleaning service and basically feel scammed. Would give them 0 stars if that were possible - AVOID THIS MICKY MOUSE OPERATION!!

In all that time they have always been professional and polite, and the office staff always helpful.

They didn’t turn up on the specified date (or any other day) and when I phoned, the lady I spoke couldn’t have sounded more bored and unhelpful if she had tried. To add to this, it took over a month to get a refund after calling on a number of occasions. Not worth the hassle.

I signed up 3 months ago for bin cleaning.
My bins have now gone 8 weeks without a clean yet the money has still been taken from my account
I’ve sent 10 emails without response. I did get a phone call four weeks ago to say my green bin would 100% be cleaned the next day. But it wasn’t. Two weeks later it wasn’t again, and yesterday, two weeks later, guess what....it wasn’t cleaned....but they still took my money!!!
They have NEVER had a response to a single email.
They NEVER pick up the phone. If you’re a new customer, don’t sign up online. Try signing up by phone and you’ll see
