We recently asked Graeme J Porters to undertake the work to convert an integral garage into an internal room. This room is to be used as a playroom/ utility room. Our timescales for this project were quite tight.
Graeme and his team worked with me to design bespoke features in the room and ensure that what I was requesting was both practical and efficient. The team also adapted to changes made along the way including the decision to add a water supply to the room.
Graeme arranged for the work to be started as soon as he had availability which was well before our deadline and it was completed

Graeme J Porter was recommended to me 17 years ago, he built a beautiful conservatory at my property, an amazing job couldn’t be more helpful. The team were polite, tidy and very professional. I have known Graeme for most of my life as my parents had a lot of work done by him when i was a child so when my husband an I brought our first house there was no one I trusted more than Graeme and his team to come round and do the work. We brought our first house 5 years ago and Graeme and his team came round and worked their magic open planning our small little house downstairs and fitting a new kitchen and bathroom. Recently purchased our first home and all windows needed replacing, new patio doors and a few roof tiles too! Contacted mr porter who come round the next day to take a look a few days later i receieved a writen quote which i was more the happy with! They started work Within the next two weeks and i have never meet more polite and trust worthy tradesmen, i had work and so did my partner so we gave them the spare key to come and go, there was no mess when i got home which i was more then pleased about, work was completed within three days and i can not fault it in anyway! When you first meet the owner he comes across as honest and caring but it's all a show, don't be fooled or taken in by him. Once he has your money he does not finish the work. All the time during the work he kept asking us for more money, this was not the agreement at the start of the job. The arrangement was that we paid a deposit and the balance was due when the work was finished to our satisfaction. The quality of the work was dreadful, we have had nothing but problems and have had to call in another builder to complete the work.
