I needed someone to repair a stuck button on an outside intercom. They quickly gave me a quote (which was up to 1/3 cheaper than the other companies I'd enquired with). I was able to book a time slot which was convenient for me that same week and the engineer came and fixed it quickly and for the price quoted.
