Float Glass Industries offer the AGC range of Fire Glass which in most cases is available ex stock. These are offered in single form and in insulated units with variants for both internal and external applications. Can offer insulation as well as integrity from 30 to 120 minutes dependant on thickness and framing system used.
FGI also have a first class computerised order processing and production control system from Albat & Wirsam. For our customers, ordering TOUGHENED & LAMINATED ORDERS IN SINGLE OR PSEUDO UNIT FORM - it is quick & easy By EDI (Electronic Data Interface). This electronic template digitiser enables shapes to be transmitted to the cutting table for production.
Float Glass Industries runs its own fleet of 17 vehicles including hiab, floatliner, curtain sider, flat backs, stock carrier, hybrid and vans scheduled to suit customers own delivery requirements. Six hiab vehicles are dedicated to Everseal IG deliveries whilst the majority of the fleet distribute bulk orders of stock, laminated, processed, toughened and fire glass nationwide.
Float Glass Industries remains fully committed to quality of product and service which perhaps would explain the longevity of the company's existence from 1894 until now. We offer as standard a 5 year warranty on our products and an extended 10 year warranty can be provided upon request. We produce safety glass to the requirements of BSEN 12150-1:2000.
