The company was founded by Harry Burnicle in 1981 which gives the business decades of experience in the construction industry having operated at a national and international level. The business has expanded over the years to include plumbing, mechanical, air conditioning, refrigeration and general building divisions.

Used this company to remove an existing bathroom and install a new one working to a tight schedule to cause minimal distruption to my family. After obtaining several quotes, I settled on Harry Burnicle's as what set the company apart wasn't just the competitive price but the time they took to discuss best options and how to make the most of my budget.
They arrived on time every day, were polite and worked incredibly hard to ensure we weren't inconvenienced. They managed to complete the bathroom slightly earlier than they said and I was blown away by the quality of the job. They also left the house

Having just read the previous glowing review by Natas Kaupas, I am wondering why a pro skateboarder from California is using a company from Sunderland to do his work. Obviously they must be quite good if he flies them over there, as for their time management its not exactly 5 minutes down the road to sunny cally!!!
On a constructive note I've used this company to maintain my rental properties in the north east on multiple occasions and they've always been professional, courteous and worked to a high standard.
