A very unprofessional company when it comes to making false promises. We had our kitchen fitted by Mo and he left us 3 unfinished jobs at the end of the fitting job that we even didn't know about until later. We had to hire other professionals to fix them. During the fitting we noticed there was no filter in the extractor and Mo asked us to contact the their office to ask to order one. this was in May and we have had to call them three times and each time they promise to deliver it but, the truth is, they don't care and we still haven't got it.

We have recently had a kitchen extension and small utility built and decided to go with Number One Kitchens for our full kitchen and appliances - and I am SO glad we did!
First of all Jason has been amazing (despite me being the most indecisive person in the whole world) choosing between shades of grey is tough! 😆 to answering some of our concerns… late in the evening - nothing has been too much trouble and he is really good at what he does! Number One Kitchens are pretty fantastic, they have kitchens to fit any budget, we went with sage green shaker style one, which was very reasonably priced, we also went with the fitting service.
The fitters we had Gary and Brent were simply awesome from start to finish, their expertise is to the highest standards, their workmanship was mind boggling, there isn't enough stars to really appreciate their customer focused approach. Whatever these two tradesmen are being paid is in my opinion not enough, I would recommend number one kitchens and especially Gary and Brent.

Fittings guys were great and pleased with the finish i thought they did a great job. . But take great care as the parts dont seem durable. After 10 months the quality of the materials showed up. You get what you pay for. The panel over the dishwasher warped due to dishwasher heat. The Kitchen top surface peeled in the same place as the plastic surface came unstuck from underneath. Customer Service was hopeless. Lots of promises but no help. Constantly chasing, emails and just gave up in the end.

We bought a kitchen few months ago and can’t stress how amazing the service has been. Our kitchen looks amazing and for what we paid you would think it’s from a high end designer. We had our kitchen fitted by Jason and the team last summer. We're really happy with the kitchen and it was a great price. Jason is a ninja on the computer - he created a 3D plan and costed for the kitchen and appliances within 1 hour when I went to visit him in the Rochdale branch. The quality of the units is great - Italian lacquered and the… composite sink is lovely. Why has it taken so long for me to write this review? Well, I usually wait before writing reviews in case anything falls off 😆 and I'm happy to say that nothing has fallen off the kitchen in the past 12 months and

We had a great kitchen fitted however the communication between the service and us was not the best. We had our kitchen fitted and within two weeks one of the kitchen cupboards door became loose and started to fall off. We phoned up to ask if they could fit it and they said they would ring us back. It’s been two weeks and we still haven’t heard out… even though we have messaged and messaged - we just get the response of ‘can you call the office tomorrow’. Not happy really. Other than that we love the design and fit of the kitchen just not the door that fell off.

Owner Sean missed an oven off my paperwork which i did not receive and wrong colour worktop ordered and delivered, i was told i had to pay a re stock charge for not my fault. he said it was on my copy of paperwork (it is on my copy) but NOT on the copy the office had!!! i paid cash so obviously he had wrote another paperwork out which i HAD NOT SIGNED!!! i rang to explain this and he was screaming and shouting down the phone and would not listen. he was shouting very abruptly to a member of staff called janey it sounded like. my astracast

From the minute we walked into the showroom and had our kitchen designed by Jason, to the finished product, we cannot express how impressed we are with this company.The quality of the kitchen is amazing and so was the price!! Initial process was pretty smooth. Like with anything there's always a few glitches but eventually they were resolved. When we had noone to fit our kitchen for weeks Mo understood the urgency and saved the day. He did our fitting out of his normal working hours which we really appreciated. After some snagging he came back again and worked till 7pm on a Sunday to ensure we were left happy. 1 star dropped because of the delay and constant mixed messages received from different team members in the office.

We visited No1 to enquire about a new kitchen and utility room before building our new extension. Our intended quick visit ended up with a dream kitchen designed, ordered and paid for within the hour. Jason dealt with us throughout, listened to our vision and helped with ideas and design. Issues big or small were no problem for Jason who was always happy to help any time day or night.
The delivery guys were fast and efficient.
