Shocking to see this one of your vehicles working outside 298 Union Grove and 5 minutes later driving Down Brighton place releasing water every few seconds as if the release was controlled. I would have thought this would be illegal. Who knows what’s contained in the water !

Boiler fixed at flat, very prompt visit, as totally broken down, and the Hot Water was restored immediately (for client) until parts could be replaced. I called drain surgeon to look at my septic tank system and they came out the very same day. The engineer had a look at agreed that jetting was not going to solve the problem as my soakaway was backfilling with clear water. They are going to recommend one of their partners to look into installing a new soakaway. The fact is they did not just suggest to jet and charge me the cost for that in fact they did not charge me for coming out and provided honest advice. Problem not solved yet but thats a different matter.

Called this morning after months of problems with our kitchen sink blocking. Every time it rained we got a god awful smell, which would emulate through the house. We dreaded calling anyone thinking it would be too costly to fix. But, we bit the bullet today.... Drain surgeon's came just an hour later. He spent an hour in the rain with a rod clearing the blockage....which was 14 meters from our house!! Then to be billed just £120....we wish we had called months ago. Definitely use them again if we needed to..... Very happy customers

Back from holiday to blocked drain. Nightmare! tried a few thinks myself but the trouble was to far for me to get to. Phoned drain surgeons northeast 2 hours later job done. It was a big root ball so I wouldn't have been able to clear it. Quick service really nice guy who knew his job. Decent price very happy.
