Wil-Lec Installed an EV change point for me last week and they we very polite and professional throughout and the install itself is very neat.
They spent the time to make sure the charger companion app was connecting to the charger and all was working correctly.

WOW... terrible service from Wil-Lec - Called them on Friday to come and look at electrical problem at a domestic property. I was told that someone will be out on Wednesday to look at it, I was quoted £74+ vat. I was told they can't give me an exact time but they would call in the morning to let me know.... I waited until Wednesday, 10:30am no call. So I called their office only to be told they can't find me on their system and that they wouldn't be able to come to the property today. they said I should try calling some other electricians. VERY poor service, I won't be using this company again
