Average-to-Poor for £65 per month single visit, domestic lawn, 4-miles from City Centre. Service was originally twice monthly (2 x £65), then reduced to monthly at Malfords recommendation.
Pros:
Garden left tidy after each visit
Little or no customer input required
Livery vehicle with polite staff
Cons:
Unaware when visits would take place
On at least one occasion, gardeners worked 15-mins instead of 60-mins
Service appeared to be more suited to bulk-purchase/ multiple property clients or businesses; And limited to grass cutting and occasional weeding only
