Not impressed finding we are having to seek and pay for retrospective planning regs which should have been done at the time of our project. As builder you would clearly have known it was needed, you haven't responded to us either, poor show Vision, and you're a member of the Federation of Master Builders???????

I would strongly urge people to avoid Vision, from the word go everything was a very poor standard. They have got a very good sales team, which means they over book and end up taking on LOTS of subcontractors. Not usually a problem when managed well. However the management is erratic and unable to keep track of the simplest of tasks. Far too often (thankfully)the subcontractors were knocking on our door pointing out things that were not correct, blocked up/buried air bricks, Wonky ceilings, floors too high, incorrect structural posts, 4 footings instead of 5. The list is genuinely staggering and

Work dragged on and we still have no Buildings Regs when the contracted work should have been performed May-August 2019. The quality of the finish is not what shown in the photos on their website. Holes cut too big around electric sockets and lights, badly filled, tiles cracking and needing to be re-done, a floorboard has now collapsed as it was lifted and replaced so many times because the plumbing had to be continually re-done. Zero communication - everyone just blames "the office" and no one takes responsibility. They are happy to send an invoice for work not done because the project manager
