Had a quote from another comapny the representative stayed for nearly 4 hours then came out with an unbeleible price 45 % off if I sigend there and then. I then had a quote from Electrik Heating completly different the surveyor was only here 45 minutes much better price and close on 40% CHEAPER the the other company and a better product, Had them instaled by Rhys and the lads brilliant job. My system is 5 years old and functions very well and I have been controlling it with my iPhone and my MacBook Pro running the Mojave OS. Recently my MacBook Pro died (11 years old) so I purchased a new one. When attempting to download the heating app onto the new laptop I met the following problem. The new MacBook Pro runs on the Catalina OS which is 64bit which is not compatible with (free to download) Adobe Air. I was therefore left with a heating system that I could only operate with my iPhone. I was uncomfortable with this situation.

Constant problems after installation - think twice about using them.
One heater has not been working all year and still to this day I am waiting on it being replaced. Constant emails and calls. Nothing is done about it
And now, another one has stopped working
The aftercare is shocking.
In addition, the ap is the most un-user friendly aps I have ever used.
