I booked an end of tenancy agreement for the next day. They didn't show up saying my transaction was "pending". This inconvenienced me and my landlady as I had promised I'd complete the cleaning on that day. On top of that, I was charged without receiving the service. I asked for a refund and never got one. At this point I'm not sure that's a legit company.

SCAM and thieves! I was promised a refund a month and a half ago. I've not received it and you've been ignoring me intentionally. You understand this is theft? You and your cleaner stole from me.
It was the most appalling service I've ever had. Wish I could attach photos. They try and get you to leave so you don't see them not do their job. Our agency made us stay and check the cleaners and thank goodness. The cleaner also stole parking money from us. Parking is free.

Can’t explain how pleasant and simple the experience was using PNP.
Used the service for a end of tenancy pro clean. At the end, the check out clerk even walked in and said Wow ! Everything looked brand new....
Super pleasant and friendly cleaners and ultra good at what they do, mass bonus, very reasonable priced too.
Pls tip the guys !! Well worth it :)

Very impressed with service provided. Booked end of tenancy cleaning for my 1 bed flat for fair price of £130. My landlord said is been delivered professional standard and I’ve got my deposit back. I had concern before to book based on social media reviews. Well done to the new management!

Didn't get my deposit back. Not cleaned to end of tenancy standard. I sent them the exit itinerary detailing the areas that they missed but they declined to go back therefore the property was not marked as professionally cleaned and I will have to pay again, even though this was within 3 working days. I ordered for the curtains to be cleaned but unfortunately they didn't perform this. Friendly staff though, they sent 4 people around which was impressive and the flat wasn't in the best state, just unfortunate that it wasn't as thorough as the assessor would've liked and I didn't get the curtains

I had an end of tenancy clean and carpet clean and was given a discount which persuaded me to go ahead and book! The 2 cleaners - very friendly people - were thorough and in the time the had - they did a GREAT JOB! I was amazed at how they had removed stains from the carpets - WOW! Definitely would use again however there were some issues with timing and I was requested initially to pick up the cleaner from local train station which tied me down regarding my flexibility that day. Otherwise - outstanding service - and with a smile!

I booked an end of tenancy clean via Octopus in August 2017 and ended up with PNP cleaning. It wasn't my choice of firm as they already have many bad reviews online. PNP sent 1 man for 2 hours to deep-clean a 1 bed flat. I think the photos speak for themselves... he didn't vacuum at all , he didn't clean cupboards or inside the sofa or behind furniture. He didn't defrost the fridge, and so on...
