The team at Lux, led by Jit, recently completed a man cave for me. The quality of the end product is amazing. Family and friends that have seen it to-date really love the look and feel of it. Jit and the team opened up our lounge by removing a supporting pillar and fitting an RSJ. We are very happy with the results. It was a pleasure having the team in the house. They were clean, pleasant and took the time to talk us through the whole process. They went above and beyond throughout the project. I would sincerely recommend and we will be using their services again in the future.

Spoke to Jatinder regarding an ongoing problem with a roof. Myself and my neighbour had damp coming through into the back bedrooms where the roof adjoined the main roof. Word or warning...PLEASE DON'T ALLOW YOUR ROOF REPAIRS TO GET THIS FAR! I've had numerous roofers come along (as I share a roof with the neighbour) and its bodge job after bodge job. Jatinder explained how the roofs are constructed, how water can move and basically, due to being a Structural Engineer, put together options and reasons this could be happening. Very precise and meticulous, I would always suggest using Jatinder. Totally

Joe provided a reasonable quote for renewing my bathroom, replacing bath with shower. He has installed a modern, stylish bathroom and I really enjoy using it. I wanted one or two quirky features which I think he found unusual but his sense of humour and preparedness to discuss ideas made for a great finish and good experience.

Jit was both knowledgeable and very accommodating witg all of our requests and I couldn’t have asked for a better job to be done. I would like to once again thank the team at Lux construction for the completion of our latest project. We have used them several times in the past. They have always been professional, courteous and flexible in their approach. Most recently our new utility / kitchen project was made unexpectedly complicated due to an unforeseen situation with drainage. They worked long hours to resolve the problem and to complete the work on time just before Christmas. Joe Kalsi being a qualified structural engineer was able to draw on this background to provide an innovative solution that worked! I have no hesitation

We engaged Lux Construction to re-design and build our new kitchen and fittings, including demolishing load bearing partition walls, enlarging the kitchen, dining and lounge space and fitting expensive high-end kitchen and utility units and hardware. Lux Construction worked with us from consultation to design, to project management and installation.
The staff and Joe, the Director, were utterly personable. They were helpful, customer-friendly and prompt. Joe kept his promises about timescales and negotiating value-for-money units and specialist fittings with suppliers. Joe was very knowledgeable

Joe and his team were absolutely first-class - polite and helpful, friendly and punctual, tidy and (most importantly) very efficient. Our roofing repairs and installation of new pipework were carried out thoroughly and Joe was always at pains to explain what was involved. They even fixed a couple of tiles on our neighbour's roof while they were at it! We had one or two cheaper estimates for this work, but it's worth paying for quality, and that's exactly what we got. No.1 on our list for the next time we have a problem to sort out!

Could not recommend Joe and his team at Lux Construction any more!
Joe and his team have been such a great help throughout the whole process from getting planning sorted to the finishing touches.
He stuck to the agreed price as promised, worked around our busy schedules and little kids. Put in the hard graft working late hours to make sure it was finished in time for Christmas!
All in all it was a great experience and will definitely be giving him a call in the future for any building needs!
