This period saw business increase as Dempsey Dyer became well known in the Fenestration Industry for the quality of our products. Our commercial customer base expanded providing Dempsey Dyer with a solid understanding of commercial customer requirements.
From 2005 a large investment was placed into upgrading the uPVC area of Dempsey Dyer featuring new machines linked together with industry software to streamline our quoting, ordering, production and loading processes. As from 2009, similar investment will be seen in the timber production area of Dempsey Dyer.
Arguably the most exciting period in the company's history, 2011 onwards has so far seen the introduction of a new patent-pending product; "The Beaumont" together with the launch of several new products in both timber and uPVC. In the second quarter of 2012 a contract was signed with two well established software firms to provide one common platform for the company to help streamline efficiencies.

The short story
Windows and new door supplied by Dempsey Dyer and installed by a third party. The front door was replaced twice for varies reasons and now the 3rd one has cracked and is bowed so does not seal and lock properly. The windows are also bowed and do not seal properly letting air in and sound from the road outside. DD sent guys round and they said the door needs to be replaced and the windows have been hung incorrectly causing them to bow (interesting reason that I disagreed with)
They agreed to replace the door for free but I had to pay hundreds pounds for transport which was crazy

Absolute nightmare. got someone i know to supply and fit windows for me. i asked for irish oak frames with a shiny lead bar in. also one of the windows is anarched shape. Firstly the arch window frame came made with too many joints in so had to be sent back to be remade. Then my fitter rang to say he was coming to fit the windows a couple of days later. I arranged time off work and when my fitter arrived to pick the windows up there wasnt any glass there. Apparently the girl in the office had forgot to order it. When my glass finally arrived and were been fitted we noticed that my shiny lead bar
