Good afternoon Sarah and Daniel, I have just read the above review and I am so sorry that you felt this way. As you know that particular day was a weather warning and I wanted to get to you earlier else we would of had to postpone due to the journey down to Looe.
I spent a lot of time with you on the appointment and had no idea you were disappointed with my service. We discussed your budget on the appointment and I advised you ways you could save money.
I just want both of you to know that I am sorry and was totally unaware that you felt both this way and do wish you both well for the future

We was given a time for someone to come and quote us, we got an email and a phone call 20mins before they were due and they cancelled on us. We re-booked a time and ally came to us 2 hours earlier than the time stated as she didn't want to drive in the rain. We felt rushed around the house as she wanted to get away quickly to avoid the rain. Upon a phone call a week later for the quote she stated in a sarcastic tone "was I serious" when I said I could pull the electric oven out myself and wouldn't need an electrician even though its just a plug. She gave me the quote of over £4000 for partial
