Paul Maddocks (CEO of Heatforce) set up his plumbing and heating company 35 years ago after finishing his gas & plumbing engineering apprenticeship. Over the years the company has grown through word of mouth, customer recommendations and repeat business. The business now employs around 120 staff with a philosophy of doing the job right first time at a fair price and to give great customer service.

Very pleased with the service Heatforce always gives. The engineer went above and beyond in his care and actually rang the manufacturer to check on certain things, as he didn't want to leave us with no gas fire. His care was gratefully received.

We were visited by a very professional and knowledgeable sales rep Ross.
He advised what we needed, no hard sales pitch. The fitting of our new boiler was earlier than expected due to a cancellation. The engineers were prompt and efficient. It was easy to get in touch with customer service who were very helpful and have arranged a very competitive annual service. I would highly recommend for cost and the service we have received.

What a delightful engineer I had today he was lovely polite and wore a mask not like that last one I had. He can come and service my central heating next year and anything else I need doing. Thanks for wearing your mask as it made me feel safe in my own property.

Superb service, turned up on time, cleaned when finished, efficient and friendly group of guys who went through every step of the process when resiting
and fitting a new boiler and stat from an old airing cupboard to the attic. First time using Heatforce, certainly won't be the last. Fully deserving of their high rating. We are very pleased with everything from survey/price to installation. Can't recommend enough.

Excellent service from start to finish. We were really impressed with the prompt and helpful communication. Our initial email enquiry was answered immediately and the engineer came out to discuss options for replacing our boiler promptly and on time. The gas fitters were excellent - professional and friendly and very hard working. We would highly recommend this company to friends, family and work colleagues. 5* service.

We had a new boiler and pipe work fitted yesterday and today. From my very first enquiry the Company has been absolutely first class: courtesy calls from office re visits, very fast response time to queries, fast quote, engineers came on the day promised, on time, were helpful, friendly, offered excellent advice and were exceptionally neat and tidy. Still waiting for my local plumber just to give me a quote yet Heatforce have quoted, done the work, travelled an hour and a quarter each way and probably cost less! What more can I say?! Excellent firm to deal with!

Dean and his apprentice turned up on time on the day and did a first rate job. Very clean and tidy whilst doing the work. Dean was very friendly and keen to take me through all aspects of the job ensuring that I was happy with each step. He took me through the boiler operation which was was a breeze.

On the outside of the building it says 'This showroom is heated entirely by renewable energy'. Sounded tempting, because my house seemed to be heated by more or less nothing. It was cold. Very cold. This was the winter of 2009. I went in to enquire how I could have my house heated entirely by renewable energy. The showroom was warm I must admit. But it was considerably smaller than my house and was mostly occupied by fires. I considered moving in but decided that all fires and no sofas was probably a bad idea.
