I am SO DISAPPOINTED!!! I bought two pens from their website. They only offer one pink pen option, which they claim to match to multiple brands in "blush pink". My Michael Kors bag is their signature blush pink color. (I also bought a white pen for my other bag.) The pink WASN'T EVEN CLOSE TO MATCHING the color of my bag! The pink was MUCH brighter than the bag color, even when dried. I ended up having to get the paint from the pen off the bag, which was almost impossible and now it looks worse than before! They have completely ruined my bag. The whole leather is dehydrated and torn and they blame me for it. I took pictures on the day i send it tot hem and the leather was in perfect condition. Then they make more stains and do not mention it before they send it back. The stains were not there and the leather was in perfect condition was shredded. They also dare to ask money for this too.. The moment you file a complaint, they indicate that you have done it yourself. Never send your bag here !!!

I must say I wasn’t very hopeful as I had spilt oil all over the top and inside of my tan small Bayswater mulberry bag and purse! I was devastated as you can imagine, I sent it away back in April, they do say it can take up too 8-10 weeks but I wasn’t bothered how long it took as long as my bag was back to normal, well I received them back Friday and I can’t tell you how pleased I am! They are perfect! I would definitely recommend using this company, they keep you undated throughout the process with emails and it’s the best money I’ve spent this year!!!

Fabulous work! I've decided to recolor my brand new, white Prada bag as it was a gift and I didn't like the color. Now I have a beautiful bordeaux colored bag with the exact tone I wanted. The Handbag Spa repaired my Ralph Lauren Sabine cognac mock croc handbag handles, which had been chewed and ruined by my little puppy. Bad dog!
What a fantastic job they did - you really wouldn't know anything had ever been damaged on the bag. The handles are almost an exact match of the originals, and repaired to a far higher standard than I could ever expect.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to extend the life of a beloved piece or to rescue a lovely bag with needs stain removal, re-lining, leather enhancement, etc.

I sent in my beautiful Mulberry Daria Satchel in Tan for a general clean up and to remove a small pen stain. I’ve had the bag almost 10 years and have always loved it, and it is precious to me as it was an 18th birthday present from my parents.
I was really pleased the pen stain had gone but not happy with the rest of the result. My bag is a hobo bag and I loved that it felt relaxed with extremely soft leather prior to cleaning. Afterwards, it felt stiff like cardboard. It actually looks and feels like a fake Mulberry bag now. Even a year on there’s no improvement.

Very poor service, not sure about the quality yet. I left my bag with an agent, prepaid as per the price list and a few days later got a call from the Handbag Spa asking for more money. I paid extra and almost 3 months later I still haven;t heard anything from them not got my bag back. I've been quoted 2-8 weeks. Agent contacted them on my behalf and has been getting misleading answers promising the bag to be delivered next week. Today I've been told that the bag is going through the quality check and will be sent back once complete. But no time estimate.

Great service all round. So easy to send photos to them via their website of the required repairs and really convenient being able to drop off and then collect my bag at one of their agents at no cost to me. My Mulberry bag has been beautifully restored so a very big thanks to the Handbag Spa. It's not a cheap service but then why wouldn't I want to spend £189 on preserving a £900 bag!

I dealt with Freya and Hannah who were both extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Email responses were very quick and quotes quite reasonable. Sadly they were not able to restore my bag but where honest in their advice as to why it was not possible. I appreciate that if they cannot properly restore your bag then they won't. Sending the bag to them and arranging for it to be sent back to me was very easy and I am happy enough with my experience that I would definitely recommend this service to anyone with a well loved bag in need of some TLC!! I sent off my faithful old Mulberry handbag, which admittedly is getting on a bit and quite mucky. I sent off pictures and was quoted £50 for the clean. Two months later, I received an email saying it could do with a recolour at a further ost of £40 and as I thought this lot were supposed to know what they were doing, I agreed. My bag eventually arrived back and upon opening the packaging, I could not believe my eyes, my bag is still dirty with no improvement whatsoever and is now a horrible patchy shade of orange.
