I have had a really poor experience with heritage glass Shrewsbury and would not recommend them. We brought and paid for a front door last August. It was finally fitted in February. However it was not fitted properly and the glass is faulty. We have been waiting since then for a replacement. The communication and customer service is appalling.

We approached 3 companies for quotes to replace the rotten softwood windows in the house we had just moved into, a conservation area so we had to tread carefully, of the three, Heritage, on paper were the best, competitive price, were able to supply the style of window that the council were happy with and a few extras that we wanted, hidden mullions and hidden trickle vents. Jason the sales rep from Heritage was always contactable if I had any questions.
A date was arranged to fit the 14 windows and 2 french doors, the date arrived and the van turned up, out piled Dan and Andy who introduced themselves

I have just had my new Conservatory from Heritage Glass Group and what a truly amazing build it is, right from the start point of sales to completion the team have been most helpful and although the construction took a week longer than originally proposed due to very bad weather this wasn't an issue as i was informed before hand.

Had kommerling windows fitted and from the moment we’ve had them fitted we have had nothing but constant damp virtually every window. Had different company fit the back of the house and no issues.
They way they patched loose brick mortar and did the sealant was poor. Picture attached.
They came out to survey the issue and no feedback received or any remedy to resolve the matter.
No after care service.
