Klimstar has been working with architects, developers and private clients to deliver stunning residential prime and super-prime building projects since 2006. Properties are located across London, including prime areas such as Knightsbridge, Mayfair, Westminster, St John's Wood, Hampstead, Fulham and Chelsea.
New Homes, Basement Excavations, Complete Strip out and Refits, North London, Central London, West London, Surrey, Hertfordshire. This major project involved underpinning and extensive steelworks with conversion of an existing basement, complete with reinforced concrete retaining walls and Delta Membrane tanking to ensure complete waterproofing.
I employed Klimstar, to do an extensive building project on my house, including a very technical piece of structural work extending two floors into my Garden as well as a complete renovation of the whole house. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Damian and his team worked extremely hard and finished within budget.

Klimstar completely refurbished my house including a new basement, a kitchen and bathroom, new flooring, extensive electrical works, a new boiler and decoration throughout; I am absolutely delighted with the quality of the work and the attention to detail. Damian’s workmen were professional, courteous, and punctual, worked incredibly hard and were able to think outside the box when problems arose. I would wholeheartedly recommend Damian and his team and have done so to many of my friends and colleagues. I actually missed the guys when they left and how many people can say that about their builders

After meeting Damian, who runs Klimstar, I was deeply impressed with his professional attitude and attention to detail. I engaged his company to refurbish my ground floor flat, which was done with the minimum of disruption. The project was finished on time and actually under budget.
