We employ local people, over 80% of our full time staff live within 2 miles of our office and the rest of us live in north west London. Over 95% of our household jobs are in northwest London we always have multiple engineers present in the area. Our staff are fully employed by the company. We use some specialist local subcontractors.
In 10 days time we say goodbye to agood friend of Culkin Plumbing and Heatings. Culkin Plumbing and Heating was founded by Jeff Culkin an independent plumber in Willseden Green. Jeff started off with one van, a phone and a commitment to provide his clients with the highest level of service. He started off operating in Kilburn before moving to Willesden Green and slowly built up his client base through recommendations.
By limiting our target area to local post codes we can provide highly competitive prices along with a quality professional insured and registered local service. We've taken the unconventional approach of targeting an area that amounts to approximately 2% of Greater London, this eliminates huge amounts of time spent travelling.
There are numerous downsides to reactive maintenance, the most important being that it is much more expensive. There is also a shorter life expectancy as with reactive maintenance the minimum required work is done to get the system up and running and over time it will deteriorate again.
