Visited on Saturday afternoon to purchase some LED drivers and dimmers. The lady on the counter was unable to give any information about the products that they sold or confirm whether the products that I wanted were available. Similar story from the first gentlemen that I approached on the shop floor. I was told to wait for another assistant - apparently the only one among them that might be able to help - but after waiting for 15 mins I was told the shop was closed.
I’ll buy the products online, likely for less than I would have done here, and won’t try to support this local business again

AVOID working for this company : Reasons
No staff ethic
Make you work like a machine
No tea break only 30mins lunch for whole 7am-5pm shift.
Staff argue amongst eachother
No team work.
Zero hour contracts so they can tell you the branch( business) no longer needs you wasting your time.
Ladders are not safe so If you fall or hurt yourself they do not care.
If you are sick and still come to work they do not care.
You will end up working harder then rest of staff working there.
You will be monitored on CCTV constantly by Owner.
You will suffocate working in the place

The young manager with a strong foreign accent is pretty unhelpful. If you are not an expert yourself in electric stuff he is patronising and sarcastic. I watched him with other customers too - his attitude is defensive and very unsmiley. The Indian(?) lady who also works there is much more helpful but I doubt if I will be going back.

I was very disappointed with the way they dealt with my faulty complaint. It took 4 months for them to completely resolve the situation and reimburse my cost which under the consumer act 2015 they were entitled too. There customer service is lacking and therefore I feel obliged to leave negative review
