BRC Heating & Plumbing Ltd was founded in 2001 by Ben Rogers. Ben initially ran the company as a sole trader, and the business has gradually expanded over the years as our reputation has spread. We became a limited company in early 2013, now with four full time engineers, an apprentice and two members of staff in the office.

BRC are an extremely professional and efficient company.
I use them for the installation and maintenance of my plumbing and heating systems at both my Holiday Cottages and also at my own house.
I have had to call them out for several emergency situations and their response has been superb.

BRC were recommended to us and we are in the process of having them quote us for a new heating installation. Meanwhile, we've been having problems with our old boiler and on both occasions BRC have come out the same day to get it running, most recently they were here within a couple of hours of us reporting the problem. This is amazingly good service, and there is little doubt we will be getting them in to replace and relocate the old boiler.

It’s pretty unusual these days to find a reliable, professional, and responsive contractor, BRC have demonstrated all these things in the recent replacement of our domestic oil storage tank. Team BRC installed a Full (wet) Central Heating system for us.Having recently moved into the area and our house was in need of a central heating system and hot water supply upgrade (a lot of work as it is an older house) Team BRC were always Professional, Polite and Friendly and as a time served Millwright I can recognise a high standard of work, which we got from Team BRC. An excellent job at a realistic and fair price with nothing hidden.

A BIG THANK YOU!! BRC have recently completed a complete replacement and remodel of our Bathroom and En Suite Shower Room. I have to say that the team have done a frankly AWESOME job on both. Ben and his team were supremely professional, friendly, courteous and amazingly tidy. The whole team were a pleasure to have in the house and when they finished for the day, you'd hardly know they'd been here. Special call outs to Steve and Sam who were fantastic throughout. I really cannot recommend BRC highly enough. We will certainly be consulting BRC on some other plans we have over the next 12 months

Unfortunately I feel that they were very unprofessional and didn't investigate the job properly but yet you have to pay them for nothing they have done. Do not use BRC as they are not good. Can't really rate them 0.BRC should be ashamed of themselves.
