As the water had been turned of to prevent more flooding John fixed the problem the next morning. The family, with young children were really pleased. A tenant reported a problem with his boiler on Wednesday afternoon and John went to look at the problem on Thursday and recommended a new boiler. The boiler was installed on the Saturday - how's that for prompt service.
There was a large flue with previous boiler, which left a large hole in the exterior brickwork and even this was bricked in with matching bricks and a professional finish all this in less than a day.
