Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
Had a problem with my boiler over new year, phoned today and had a response within 15 minutes, even though I'm not on contract. Thank you very much for your very fast response and to Nichola for "sorting me out" so quickly. Lovely lady with a great sense of humour. Would definitely recommend them to anybody 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Completely let down by company!
Agreed a price for a new boiler installation pre pandemic and paid deposit to confirm job. Unfortunately, had to put on hold but kept company updated.
I contacted Anglo recently to discuss installation dates and agreed small price increase.
When I booked appointment for Clark to visit my property, Nicola advised that he would no longer be able to do the job and I haven't been given explanation. Deposit refunded.
Feel very annoyed over the situation and now have to find for a new reliable company.
