I would not recommend this company to anyone. Peter has taken over half of our money up front and 10 weeks later we do not have a fitted worktop. The list of excuses are endless. Be careful if you are considering using this company as Peter is a good salesmen and will not follow through with his promises.

Horrific experience ..they took my money 23rd feb for a promised 5th march installation. One of 2 worktops was installed but damaged and still waiting for the other with promise after promise on delivery being broken....taking court action now..do not use these people. there is some kind of turf war going on between the staff and i and other customers are caught in the middle..

Been a bit of a rollercoaster. We were originally recommended to use Stone Range Worktops but we paid up in the apparent middle of some staffing issues. This meant our worktops were significantly delayed and there was little or no communication of the situation as it unfolded. That said, I believe there was good intent from Peter all along but I recommend you get a clear guarantee of timelines and pay only a reasonable deposit until you are happy. Now all worktops are installed, very happy with the end result, but this wasn't without some significant pain in the meantime.

We came across Stone range worktops in Waltham abbey by chance whilst searching for a new kitchen worktop. The first meeting was with Jim who discussed the various price points of their extensive high quality range. He was helpful without being pushy and a delight to deal with. Litsa finalised the sale, friendly and efficient. Peter, the manager, also sourced a piece for a sink vanity unit that we are upcycling from offcuts that they offer. Remi and his colleague fitted the worktop with precision and care, just in time for Christmas. A big Thank you to you all.

The place was a bit hard to find but was well worth the effort. The staff was very professional, showed us around a wide range of worktops, discussed design ideas and gave us valuable tips. The office is just above the workshop so you know you are not dealing with middlemen.
The entire process of selecting the worktop, templating and having it professionally installed took just over a week, and was done for a very reasonable price.
Overall very pleased with the worktop and the experience, and would definitely recommend to others.

Absolutely delighted with my quartz worktops. Great service from start to finish.
