On the domestic side we are Gold Level Worcester Accredited Installers, installing 50-100 boilers per year, along with being Baxi Accredited installing 20 + boilers per year. We are also registered with Warm flow oil boilers and Megaflow unvented cylinders installing, fixing and servicing daily. We are Mitsubishi accredited installers of air source heat pumps.

I also served in the armed forces the Royal Engineers for 9 years.

Great service, 1st Class throughout!! Joe came around a few minutes early to fix a gas leak, service a boiler which hasn’t been used for two years and provide a gas safety certificate.
From the start Joe was great working hard and fast to find the leak which involved lifting floor boards and tracing the gas pipes all through the property. After a lot of graft from Joe the leak was found and fixed immediately
Joe than serviced the boiler which has not been used for years. He noticed some of the radiators were leaking as they had been removed by the builders. He checked and tightened them all

Hi in response to your reply my partner left the review on my behalf ian williams.
I first contacted you on the 23/7/21 I was told someone would call me back on the 26/7/21 waited until the 28 /7/21 i called again and you called me back at 14.19 and we arranged a PM appointment for the 30/7/21.
Nobody turned up or called me to say they wouldn't be able to call on the due day.

Having been let down in the past by various other companies , I dubious about looking to get a trader to come and service our boiler. So off I went to read local reviews on that popular search engine. I came across Andy’s company and was impressed with the great reviews, so I phoned up to enquire about booking the job. From start to Finnish the guys that arrived were professional and friendly and worked safely in my property wearing face masks and maintaining social distance.
