We had quite a few jobs on our plumbing list including the installation of a new boiler and moving pipe work from our kitchen to the garage, adding plumbing for a washing machine, replacement of taps and a new toilet flush. They also very kindly moved our washing machine and dishwasher for us which was an extra job.
Luke and his team were all really friendly, helpful and professional and we are really pleased with their work which we also felt was great value.

Top service from start to finish would be happy to use again for anything heating and plumbing that needed doing. The cold weather killed off our old boiler just as we moved in three working days later we've got a great new boiler exactly where we wanted it.

I was expecting the engineer between 8.30 and 9am and they had not show up by 9.30 or called to advise me of the delay. When I called was told "engineer is in a meeting, these things happen" in an off hand manner and confirmed that someone would definitely arrive by 10am. The engineer did not arrive at 10am and smarting from the earlier conversation I decided to cancel the engineer. A simple call to say the engineer had been delayed, or a little bit of customer focus/empathy would have made a difference.

UPDATE: My faith in Luke has been restored!!!... he called and kept his word and arrived for the appointment. Would I recommend him.. yes I definitely would!! His wife had a little boy 5 weeks ago and he has been taking time off to be with her and his new son.
Luke came very promptly over the bank holiday weekend in May when the immersion heater packed up. We were thrilled with his service. BUT.... here is where it all changed. The tank started to leak around the immersion heater fitting and is now all corroded. I have been calling Luke since August to come and have a look at it. He makes appointments
