Managing Director, Graham Cunningham, is an expert in mechanical construction engineering. He started his career in the commercial sector before moving into project management. He set up GDC Mech (abbreviation GDC Mechanical Building Services) to build on his sound technical and business knowledge while ensuring personal contact with the client and project team.

We provide energy efficient, cost effective and environmentally friendly air conditioning and environmental control systems to both the private and public sector alike. From design and planning to full service installation and ongoing maintenance, we do it all.

We take complaints very seriously and have a comprehensive complaints policy and procedure in place. We are accredited to ISO 9001:2008 and as part of this ensure that we carry out quality checks on all of our processes within the business to ensure that we are providing the best service.
