Delivered between 2011 and 2014, the development at North Lane, Bickington involved the delivery of 5 dwellings with a further planning approved for an additional 16 dwellings on the retained land. The final phase has involved the securing of a planning consent for 65 dwellings on the retained and adjoining land.
