Wow, the new roof was something we’d been planning for a long time. It was well worth the wait. The work started exactly when they said & continued seamlessly with the various tradesmen. Brilliant service, from sales to completion! We were kept up to date every step of the way. Our bungalow has concrete gutters, but the guys just built the solid roof and it’s gutter round them. Looks great and keeps the rain out.
Installation team and plasterers were all professional and courteous. Very clean and tidy job!

The roof replacement was very good. Very happy with that aspect. Not happy with the lack of attention to repair damage to floor and windowsill. Roof replacement started on the 9th March and it will be the end of April before I can use the room.
Following this review, Nu-Look sent someone to sort out the damage within a couple of days. Damage to window sill repaired well. Damage to floor repaired as best as possible but there were some nicks and dents that could not be repaired. Better floor protection is needed to prevent damage to floor in the case of difficulty to remove glass panes.

We had Nu-Look replace our old conservatory roof just before Christmas last year, we are so pleased with the results, the outside looks really great and so does the inside, the finish was of best quality workmanship.
The guys who fitted our new roof were hard working very polite and thorough, the chaps who done the plastering and electrics we could not fault. All turned up early, on time even though they had to travel some distance each day. We now have a room we can use all year round without shutting off during the winter months.
We would advise anyone thinking of having this type of improvement

If you are considering replacing your conservatory roof, look no further than Nu-Look. Our whole experience from start to finish was excellent. The roofers worked non-stop and fitted the new roof in one day! The quality of their work was superb and they tidied up when they had finished.They even cleaned the windows! Similarly, the plasterer and the electricians were first class. We would highly recommend this company. Brilliant.

Very impressed now with our new garden room. We can’t fault the professional installation team from the builders and carpenters and the electricians and plasters. What a difference this has made from a conservatory that became locked up most of the year and a dumping ground to a usable space and a new room that we now use.
