South Hants Roofing are based in Chandler's Ford, Hampshire. We cover the whole of Hampshire with our main areas being Southampton, Winchester, the New Forest and the Meon Valley. We have close ties to the surrounding counties including Dorset and Sussex but are able to travel further and have completed contracts in Cornwall and London.
We have a great team of hard working roofers who are considerate and fully understand that any and all work on your property has the potential to disrupt your day to day lives. With this in mind we try our upmost to keep all works as smooth and hassle free as possible. If at any point you need to talk through the works being carried out we are able to explain the progress and keep you up to date with the next stages of the project.
As a roofing specialist South Hants Roofing have undertaken contracts in all aspects of pitched roofing. We are able to complete roof repairs on both domestic and commercial properties up to large scale develops in excess of 150 houses. Our experienced roofers are all trained, insured and therefore carry CSCS cards.
What is a single ply roofing system? Single ply membranes are mainly used for flat roof areas and have been in use for over 30 years in the UK. They are the go to product for many architects for new build and refurbishment work. Single ply is mainly composed of a synthetic polymer making them strong and flexible.
Liquid waterproofing are poly resins, with the two most common being PMMA and PU. These systems are the perfect solution for flat roofs where access is limited and internal gutters are present. They allow for a continuous waterproof covering, fitted quickly and with little disruption to the existing substrate meaning no need to strip your old roof.
