As part of the refurbishment of a block of three large office buildings at a business Park in Theale, near Reading, we were asked by the managing agents to carry out a number of projects including tidying of hedges and beds, replanting beds and planters, and carrying out dead-wooding and tidying of the trees throughout the car parks.

These people are untrustworthy. They did not communicate, did not turn up and then finally turned up a week later while we were out at work (and we had not been told they were actually coming). Had they turned up at a reasonable time we would still have been in but they did not turn up until 10:30 am at which point we were out at work. We told them my husband would rush home immediately and would be there in an hour. The contractor agreed to wait but then was not there when my husband arrived 45 minutes later. We called the office to ask where they were and was told that they had not authorised
