Each development is designed individually paying specific regard to local architecture. We work with talented architects who are capable of designing stunning buildings whether they are up to the minute designs or in the style of an earlier century. The internal space planning of our homes is constantly evolving to reflect changes in lifestyle.
Mark established County Gate Properties in 1983. Initially the Company was involved with residential conversions but by the late 1980's new build schemes were being developed as well. Prior to this Mark was a chartered accountant within the profession before moving to Ever Ready PLC and finally to Grand Metropolitan Hotels PLC.
