Unfortunately we are extremely unimpressed by the quality and service from the company. We had new windows fitted over 17 months ago and are still having problems. The customer service has been absolutely awful and we are now in the process of seeking legal advice to conclude this matter. Apparently, we were told today that windows are not water tight?????? Also, we have lines in our glass but apparently if you only see in direct sunlight that is considered to be acceptable. I can honestly say I have never been so disappointed with a product and the customer service we have received.

Had 2 windows supply only from this company for a shed that we are converting into a snug. They were made quickly, Diana and Tim were really helpful and the windows look great. Most competitive price I found and I got a few prices from all across West Mids. Managed to chip the paint off a few of the trickle vent covers whilst fitting and Tim was really quick to sort me a few replacements. Would highly recommend!
