Immaculate by name and Immaculate work, we have had some problems with tradespeople working at our house but from the moment Mark turned up to fit our Velux window to the time he left we were thoroughly impressed with his work. Very good work carried out in a difficult space and once fitted the making good of the area is excellent. It looks like the window has always been there. Mark’s tidiness and care for our newly decorated walls and newly fitted carpets was second to none.

Dire customer service. James turned up an hour late for the appointment and said I would have a quote for new patio doors on the following Tuesday. Tuesday came and went, then I was told it would be Thursday. Still nothing and I get told on Friday that they can't provide a quote for what I asked for and if I want a quote from a different manufacturer then it would be the following week. Complete waste of a week chasing them when our requirement was urgent. Went to The Window Centre in Christchurch and got the quote and everything sorted out in 48 hours.

James and the team carried out some pretty extensive renovations to the upstairs of the house including a new bathroom. The team were brilliant. All the individuals involved were very attentive, polite and went above and beyond to meet the brief and ensure we were happy. Don't ask this company for any post build help. Our lantern light leaked and all agreed it had a fault from new, 3 months down the line still nothing. We have given up on James and co and gone to another company. What post build help was that, not even phone calls were returned, so it shows how much they care after they have your money.

Immaculate were the main contractor for a total interior and exterior renovation of my house costing around £60,000. All of the work was carried out to a very high standard. Nothing was ever too much trouble. They allowed many changes to the agreed plan and never had any issues this. The work did take a little longer than agreed but this was because quality always seemed to be paramount for all work, whether it was painting, plumbing, electrical, tiling or building. The attention to detail was incredible. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.
