We have a long history in the construction industry, with a wide range of building projects from specialised bridge repairs to wind farm sub-stations. Our building skills fit perfectly to assist in our Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) and Composite installations where demolition, concrete works or any associated building works are required to facilitate the installation of these products.
Briggs Building is an independent, privately owned company offering comprehensive construction services via traditional or design and build procurement to a wide ranging portfolio of clients. We are very proud of our reputation for collaborative contracting which continues to produce a significant amount of repeat business and an increasing number of customers who choose to talk to us on an exclusive basis.
These are some examples of where we have installed GRP in situations where the installation of steel would have proved problematic. In bridge installations, GRP is preferable due to its weight saving properties over steel. Over water and in damp conditions GRP can be beneficial due to its non-corrosive properties.
