Carpentry & Cabinet Making has now been in the Green family for nearly 50 years. At the age of 27, Brian Green started his own business as a local Carpenter after serving his apprenticeship and learning his trade. He soon earned a reputation as a quality, reliable tradesman, well known within the local community.
In the world we live in today, automation seems to be key to everything that is produced. We at Creative Cabinets try to keep production methods as traditional as possible. The nature of what we do doesn't allow mass production as every piece of furniture or kitchen unit is made as a one off, making your cabinets totally unique.
This traditional style offers a simplistic style for those who like clean lines and no fuss. All units are manufactured using traditional methods. Mortice & Tenon joints are used on all unit frames and doors and Dovetail joints can be used on drawer boxes if specified. Traditional production methods are complimented by modern day enhancements such as soft close drawer runners, intergrated appliances and mood lighting.
When taking on a project such as a new kitchen, there is obviously going to be some disruption to your home. This can be major or minimal depending on the size of the project that you are undertaking. We offer a complete project management service which makes the whole installation process smooth & trouble free.
The Design of the layout and look of your new kitchen is probably the most important part of the whole project. A good starting point is to think about which aspects of your existing kitchen work well and which aspects don't. Start to think about the type of things that you would like in your kitchen which you don't currently have.

We wouldnt hesitate to recommend Richard and Nick they have been a pleasure to work with on the several projects we ve had at home including, home office, kitchen and wine cellar.
