Only builders and developers who can demonstrate financial security and technical competence are registered with the National House Building Council (NHBC). NHBC carries out commercial and technical assessments of all applicant builders and developers before offering 'registered' status. All registered builders agree to comply with NHBC Rules and build homes to NHBC Standards of construction.
A complete internal and external refurbishment of Dereham Station was carried for the Mid Norfolk Railway Preservation Trust. The project entailed re-pointing of the station, new drainage, new slate roof, new windows, repairs to the platform canopy and new zinc roof covering, new heating and hot water system, new electrical installation, new commercial kitchen, new internal floors, walls and ceilngs.
