MFR replaced the polycarbonate roof of my conservatory. Within a couple of weeks the end caps began to fall off. After two phone calls MFR returned to put them back. More fell off soon after. Then the polycarbonate roofing sheets began to slide off into the garden, exposing children to danger in the garden, and leaving the interior open to the elements. After more phone calls MFR came and attempted to secure the panels with different colours of silicon at the ends. This did not work. I arranged a time with MFR for them to come and discuss the situation including the danger to children
