I had arranged to meet with Tony to discuss potential work on my front and back garden.
He didn't show.
Thinking he could just be running very late, I emailed him again to see if he was still willing to meet. He replied saying that the job wasn't for him (which is fine).
I replied asking why he didn't tell me he wasn't coming, as I was waiting in especially. He replied back saying he drove up my road and that there would be a problem for his trucks parking on my road, so didn't want to do it (again, which is fine).
However, I don't appreciate him driving up, deciding the jobs not for him and
