The process of initial consultation and ordering with this company is very good to begin with. But once they've got your money the order appears to be less to do with them and more to do with you as the buyer. Their customer service deteriorates to an unacceptable level and detailed information is regrettably absent. I ordered radiators and assumed they would be dealing with the entire process from ordering to installation. That is, at least, the very impression they give early on in the process. Very heavy rads eventually arrived on a pallet and were dumped on the roadside kerb which is some considerable

The owner Rob is very helpful. Free, good advice. Gone out of their way to search for bathroom furniture and towel rail. Decided not to buy cabinets but no problem. Bought rad.

Lovely to find an actual shop where you can see such a great range of radiators and bathrooms with accessories i didn't know existed, staff were very helpful and friendly and prices where cheaper than anyone else. i purchased 4 matching " clarisa" black mat tall thin radiators that with their advice have fitted lovely into our large kitchen\dinner room and give out tremendous heat , will definitely be going back to choose my new bathroom suite.

Winter is coming and Future Heating have saved me from potentially freezing my nuts off this winter with a beautiful Elixir floor standing radiator. Super knowledgable, super friendly, awesome range. Would highly recommend, great local business.

Absolutely brilliant, I went into the showroom with no idea what sort of thing I was looking for and got so much assistance. Clearly a family run business as it was so personable, I couldn't of been looked after better. They even put me in touch with a plumber called Jimmy who once again did an incredible job.
