Our timber framed barn was sympathetically converted by J H Vaudrey & Son. As the base for a new Independent Living centre, great care was taken to ensure that the conversion met the needs of elderly and disabled people, and we are delighted with the result.

Services
Factories, warehouses, offices, showrooms, infrastructure, bridges, large concrete aprons and bulk stores. We have, amongst other projects in the past, built a number of vehicle dealership showrooms for Dingles Motor Group, incorporating office space and workshop, constructed from complex steel frames and glass frontages.
Notable projects have included a new build village hall at Drinkstone and repairs and refurbishments to other village halls and public buildings, such as the renovation of the Public Hall at Beccles, including the installation of a new stage and mezzanine seating area. Two new classrooms were built for Bramfield House School, as well as extensions to Beccles Baptist Church and Stoke Ash Baptist Church.
JH Vaudrey & Son (EA) Ltd has ongoing relationships with many large agricultural estates to assist with building maintenance across a range of trades on repairs, maintenance and new build works for farm and estate buildings. With our in-house range of management experience we can cover 95% of most customers' work from the minor to major.
The company has extensive experience in constructing bulk stores, grain stores complete with drying and handling equipment should it be required, which allows us to tailor the projects to your specification. We have been involved with many different projects, including livestock buildings and general purpose buildings.

Joseph at JH Vaudrey has recently purchased cast iron Y pattern 9x3 air bricks from us for use on a restoration project. Its not the first order we’ve had orders from them, in fact we’ve been supplying these guys with cast iron grilles and grates since 2012. We are very grateful for the custom and wish you all well on any future projects
