Our kitchen is finally finished and is perfect. The workmen who removed the old kitchen, removed the wall, fitted new ceiling, lights and electrics, fitted the new kitchen and floor and decorated were fantastic, the jobs were all completed to perfection. The one thing that was disappointing was the lack of customer service from Portland Kitchens, I had to chase missing pieces which I appreciate was not their fault but there was no communication unless I started it. Its a shame would have been 5 stars but for the lack of communication

7 weeks after making contact and still awaiting a quote. Rang to chase the quote to be told it would be with me that later that day. 5 days later still no quote, rang to tell them not to bother. If you can’t get a quote to customers on time how can you be relied on to deliver a £25,000 project?

We are very happy with our new kitchen. We chose Portland over a number of other companies, as they were the only one who gave us exactly what we wanted from our design. We paid a bit more than we would have done if we had taken up the available offers the bigger companies were giving at the time, however the price was within what we had budgeted for, and we wanted the more personal service that a smaller company can provide. We were not disappointed in this choice.

Had our kitchen fitted by Portland and had no problems at all. Peter came out and measured up and called us letting us know when the plans were ready, we made a few changes and tweeks but all was done efficiently. Every aspect of the job was done on time and we were kept updated throughout, we had walls knocked out etc and every tradesman from builders, electricians, plumbers, gas and kitchen fitters were absolutely brilliant. The project management was perfect and the job was completed within 2 weeks. We would recommend Portland to anyone. They were absolutely fantastic.

I was recommended to Portland Kitchens by my mum and dad who had their kitchen fitted about 7-8 years ago. Peter came round and as soon as we got talking we knew it just felt right - Peter was providing great… solutions and designed our kitchen to how we wanted. There was also no pressure to decide there and then or follow up phone calls - the decision was left to us. Once we decided to go with this company, we went to the show room and went through the details and at no point did we ever feel rushed or pressured. Steve (fitter) was excellent and communicated everything clearly - his work

A massive thank you to Peter and team for an exceptional job. My kitchen is perfect, and from design to fitting, I couldn't be happier with the service I had. My house is Victorian, with wonky walls and floors, and the team coped with the challenge to create a beautiful finish, and to make the most of the space. Go to Portland, you won't be disappointed!

I cannot praise Peter and his team at Portland Kitchens highly enough. Our dream kitchen was recently completed over twenty nine years after the last one and has exceeded all expectations! The whole team worked to such a high standard which has ensured a flawless result. I came across Portland by way of a recommendation and what a stroke of luck that was! Pete and his team did an exceptional job which they completed just before Christmas. My kitchen looks a lot more expensive than the actual price I paid. Portland did full turn-key including flooring, ceilings, joinery and decorating. A special shout-out to the fitter Steve whose attention to detail was second to none. I highly recommend Portland if you want a top class kitchen fitted by outstanding craftsmen. Thank you Pete for a brilliant job done well done!

I wanted to take some time to review the kitchen I had installed by Portland. From the very first visit to the showroom we felt like we had made new friends. No pressure and lots of advice given from Peter.… Once we had decided to go ahead we paid our deposit and booked the install. I had recommendations from friends and family so had to wait for the fitter I wanted. I want to thank every single tradesman that has been part of this install John the plasterer, Phil the electrician, Paul the tiler and. Special thanks to Steve the fitter. I had been told he settles for no less than perfection
