I have used Jose & Blackler several times for plumbing work around the house and have always found them responsive, really helpful and great value for money. I am a firm believer in that you get what you pay for and while their prices are competitive I have always been very happy with the quality of their work and the responsiveness to an enquiry. Beware! Don't trust this company. We hired them to install a new Worcester-Bosch boiler. The installation was going fine till the end of the job, when it was suddenly announced that our gas supply pipe was inadequate for the new boiler. This company then left us in the lurch for two weeks, with no prospect of getting a new gas pipe fitted. Our cooker was disconnected (so we could at least have heating & hot water), and the new boiler wasn't commissioned. In the end we had to get someone else in to finish the job properly. Around the same time, we also used the partner company to Jose & Blackler
