Offord and Camp are general builders and decorators, with a reputation for excellence across both residential and non-residential sectors of Cambridge and the surrounding area. Established as a family business in 1965, Offord and Camp is now run by chartered engineers, John and Tim Offord. Our workforce comprises groundworkers, bricklayers, carpenters and decorators, many of whom have been with the company for over 10 years.

Services
Offord and Camp was established in 1965 as a family business, and is currently run by the second and third generation of the Offord family, John and Tim Offord. John Offord (Partner) has been with Offord and Camp since 1986. He is a chartered building services engineer, with a reputation across the region for problem-solving complex building issues.
We provide a full range of building and decorating services for residential properties, working either alongside architects or direct for clients. We are also experienced at building new houses from architects' plans, to provide the client with the finished house, complete with fitted kitchen and bathrooms, fully decorated, and ready to move in.
We are very experienced in working on Listed Buildings - working closely with conservation officers, planners and clients to provide the sympathetic and high-quality finishes required to comply with listed buildings' exacting specifications. Our work on listed buildings was recognised by South Cambridgeshire District Council in 2006, when we received a Built Heritage Award.
We have extensive experience of working in research establishments and laboratories, where specific, high quality finishes are often required within definite time periods. We have successfully completed works involving trespa benching, liquid plastic wall finishes, suspended ceilings, fire proofing and general builders work.
